Graduated Boxing Bootcamp Training

At Potent Fat Fighter, we have a very comprehensive approach to help set you up for success for your health and fitness journey. That is why we have set up a 3 Step Graduated Boxing Bootcamp program.

Potent Fat Fighter Basic Boxing Training Camp

A 4 Week basic boxing training camp that teaches you the fundamental tools of boxing and mindset training to help make you stronger, more powerful and potently melt fat away. We also provide the tools to help lay the foundation of healthier nutrition. At the end of the 4 week basic training camp there will be a test. In order to graduate to the intermediate training camp you must pass the test.

We highly recommend grabbing a friend, co worker, family member to do the basic boxing training camp with. Why? Learning is always a lot more fun shared, and the techniques learned in the basic camp are the foundation for the intermediate training camp. We understand that life is a juggle, as most of the coaches at Potent Fat Fighters are Moms and family caregivers too. So, we want you to be able to also have someone outside of the gym that you can practise what you are learning with. It takes a team to help make you the fighter that you are.

Potent Fat Fighter Intermediate Boxing Training Camp

A 6 Week Intermediate boxing training camp that builds on the foundations learned in the 4 week camp. This is where we start to build in a little more safe and carefully coached contact aspect of boxing. But don't worry, this is not about getting hit. This is just understanding how you can work with your partner to make you move faster and more effectively as your fat potently melts off your body. Along with more advanced mindset training, we really dig into the deeper aspects of what boxing can offer.

At the end of the 6 week basic training camp there will be a test. In order to graduate to the advanced training camp you must pass the test.

Potent Fat Fighter Advanced Boxing Training Camp

A 12 Week Advanced boxing training camp that will combine all techniques learned in the basic and immediate training camps. This is where you will really put your mindset and body to the ultimately fighters test. We introduce full contact sparring into the program and match you up for a live boxing event at the end of the 12 week training camp, raising funds for our local community efforts

Don't want to spar, but still want to follow along with the 12 week advanced program, thats amazing! At Potent Fat Fighter we encourage all women and girls of all ages to follow along. But please note, you still must pass the basic and intermediate training camp tests to be able to participate in the advanced training camp.
